MESA: MON 8AM - 4:30PM TUES - THURS 7:30AM - 4:30PM FRI 8AM - 12PM SAT (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) SUN CLOSED
CHANDLER: MON -THURS 8 AM - 5PM SAT- (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

For a true dental Emergency, please contact the office at 480-218-8800. If it is after hours, please listen to the recording and it will give you the contact information necessary to reach the on call team member.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Care Credit (Financing) www.carecredit.com
If payment is not received within 90 days of services rendered, you may incur a $20.00 financial fee and your account may be forwarded to a Collections Agency.
Appointment Confirmations:
We take our schedule very seriously as well as your time. We require confirmation for all dental appointments. We will begin reaching out to you a week prior to your appointment and ask that you confirm via phone call, text message or email.
Change of Appointment:
In the event we do not receive confirmation, we reserve the right to remove your appointment from the schedule. We require a minimum of 24 business hours notice to reschedule or postpone a dental hygiene appointment scheduled Monday-Thursday, and 48 business hours for appointments scheduled for treatment with one of our Doctors as well as any appointment scheduled on Friday or Saturday
Weekday Appointments:
There is a $50 fee for appointments changed within 24 business hours for a dental hygiene appointment and $50 fee for appointments changed within 48 business hours for a treatment appointment with one of our Doctors.
Friday & Saturday Clinic Appointments::
There is a $75 fee if the appointment is not changed by Thursday at 1pm. Please see our Weekend Clinic Brochure for details
Insurance: As a courtesy our office will bill to any Traditional Indemnity or PPO plan. We are not an HMO or DMO contracted office. Our office obtains a verbal estimate of benefits from your Insurance Carrier. A Treatment Plan & Estimate will be created for you. Estimates are never a guarantee of payment. After your insurance remits payment, if there is a balance a statement will be created and sent to you. Your payment will be appreciated within 10 days.
